Three more ‘dead claim’ accused sentenced

Three of the five people who pleaded guilty to the multimillion dollar ‘dead claim’ scam at the Accountant General’s Department (AGD), were sentenced when they appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Friday.

Between February and October of 2014, Julio Parkinson who was an accounting technician working with pensions in the AGD, acted in concert with Troy Blight, Rameish Watson, Anthony Monroe and others to open bank accounts across the Corporate Area. Read More ….
